Seminole Mills
Park
This is a 50-acre park located on Third Street north
from Lake Mills Road in Southwest Seminole County near
Chuluota. Lake Mills offers a unique up-close look at
a mixed hardwood swamp. Youll also find highlands
thick with oak and pine at Lake Mills. Its an
extraordinary opportunity to see the wide range of the
real, natural Florida. Views of Lake Mills Pavilions
are invitingly located under the shade of 150 year old
oak trees. There are places for camping, cookouts, and
fishing from boardwalks. There is even a playground
with a tot lot for the youngsters to enjoy. This park
is open 363 days a year and is closed for Thanksgiving
and Christmas.

RED Bug Lake Park
This
park is located 2 miles east of State Road 436 on Red
Bug Lake Road. It is a 60 acre park adjacent to the
28 acre Red Bug Lake. Red Bug Lake Park offers picnicking,
playgrounds, fishing, boating (hand carried only), tennis,
racquetball, wallyball, basketball, sand volleyball,
softball, flag football/soccer, jogging/walking exercise
trail, and pavilion rentals. Restrooms are available
throughout the park. View between Tennis Courts Softball
Fields Tennis programs for beginner through the advanced
tournament player are offered for youth and adult. Adult
softball leagues for men and women are also available
with 10 week Spring, Summer and Winter Leagues offered.
Soccer and flag football programs are run by community
groups using Red Bug Lake Park.
The park personnel will be more than happy to assist
in directing you to your sport of interest. The park
hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week
363 days a year. The park is closed for Thanksgiving

Sandlando
Park
This park in located off Douglas Avenue at the end of
West Highland Street in the City of Altamonte Springs.
This is a 40 acre park that offers passive and active
recreation opportunities. There is picnicking, a playground,
and pavilions for passive recreation seekers. And there
is tennis, racquetball, wallyball, basketball, sand
volleyball, and jogging/walking exercise trails for
those looking for active recreation. Tennis Court Tennis
programs for beginner through the advanced tournament
player are offered for youth and adult. There are numerous
Tennis Tournaments running throughout the year. The
park hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a
week 363 days a year. The park is closed for Thanksgiving

Sylvalan
Lake Park
This park is located 5 miles West of I-4 off State Road
46 on Lake Markham Road. This is a 126-acre park with
a 188-acre lake adjacent to the park known as Sylvan
Lake. Sylvan has become a soccer lovers delight, with
a sport training facility and 6 soccer fields. This
site has been a host to many national and international
soccer teams - most notably the United States Womens
soccer team. Soccer Field Play passive activities such
as picnicking, playgrounds, fishing, boating (hand carried
only), pavilions, and site seeing from elevated boardwalks
throughout the park. For more active recreation, tennis,
wallyball racquetball, sand volleyball, football/soccer,
and an exercise/jogging trail is available.
All this is incorporated in a truly rustic old Florida
setting. Yes, there are even tennis lessons for adults
and youth taught at Sylvan Lake Park. The park hours
are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 363 days a year. The park
is closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Contact the
